Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 06, 2026

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Veyodat website, forms, checkout pages, Vendor Risk Reports, digital content, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Veyodat (“Veyodat,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides manually-reviewed, evidence-backed Vendor Risk Reports designed to help individuals and businesses understand data-risk signals before trusting digital tools, including SaaS products, apps, websites, AI tools, platforms, and digital vendors.

By accessing our website, submitting information, purchasing a report, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or Services.

Eligibility

By using Veyodat, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you use Veyodat on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.

Scope of Services

Veyodat provides Vendor Risk Reports based on submitted information and available vendor documentation.

A report may review risk signals related to:

  • Privacy Policies
  • Terms & Conditions
  • AI data-use or training language
  • User-content rights
  • Data-sharing language
  • Third-party providers or subprocessors
  • Permissions and integrations
  • Account deletion and data retention
  • Policy change language
  • Business impact and next steps before adoption

The specific report contents may vary depending on the vendor, available documentation, submitted links, and review context.

Not Legal Advice

Veyodat does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, compliance certification, contract negotiation, cybersecurity audits, privacy officer services, or lawyer-led contract review.

Veyodat reports are intended for practical decision support only.

You should consult qualified legal, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, procurement, or industry-specific professionals before making decisions involving legal obligations, regulated data, contractual commitments, compliance requirements, or high-risk vendor adoption.

No Certification or Guarantee of Safety

Veyodat does not certify that any vendor, website, app, platform, SaaS tool, AI tool, or digital product is safe, compliant, approved, secure, ethical, or risk-free.

Vendor risk depends on your use case, your data, your industry, your obligations, your risk tolerance, and how you plan to use the tool.

A Veyodat report identifies risk signals based on available documentation. It does not guarantee that all risks have been found.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vendor names, URLs, documents, and use-case information
  • Avoiding unnecessary submission of sensitive personal information
  • Reviewing the report carefully
  • Making your own adoption decisions
  • Consulting qualified professionals where appropriate
  • Verifying vendor documentation directly before making important decisions
  • Understanding that vendor policies may change after a report is prepared

You remain solely responsible for any decision to adopt, avoid, limit, configure, purchase, connect, upload to, or rely on any digital vendor.

Submitted Information

When you submit a vendor for review, you authorize Veyodat to use the submitted information to research, review, prepare, store, and deliver the requested report.

Submitted information may include vendor names, URLs, policy links, business-use context, data categories, concerns, and other information you provide.

You confirm that you have the right to submit any information you provide to Veyodat.

You agree not to submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party personal information unless you are authorized to do so and the information is necessary for the report request.

Report Delivery

Reports are currently delivered by email.

Most Veyodat reports are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on order volume, vendor complexity, and availability of public-facing documentation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

If vendor documentation is missing, unclear, unavailable, or difficult to locate, that may be noted in the report.

Report Accuracy and Limitations

Veyodat reports are based on information available at the time of review.

Vendors may change their Privacy Policies, Terms & Conditions, AI policies, security pages, subprocessors, permissions, or other documentation after a report is prepared.

Veyodat is not responsible for policy changes, missing vendor documentation, inaccurate vendor claims, unavailable pages, hidden agreements, private contracts, or documents not provided or publicly accessible at the time of review.

Reports should be treated as point-in-time decision support.

Payments

Payments are processed through Kajabi Payments and supported payment processors.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Veyodat and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because Veyodat reports are manually reviewed and prepared based on submitted vendor information, refunds are not provided once a purchase is completed.

If there is a technical issue, duplicate payment, or order problem, contact [email protected] for review.

Veyodat reserves the right to assess issues on a case-by-case basis but is not obligated to provide a refund.

3-Report Bundle

If you purchase a 3-Report Bundle, the bundle includes review of three digital vendors submitted together as part of the same order.

The 3-Report Bundle is designed for comparing multiple tools before choosing one, or for reviewing several tools that are part of the same client workflow, business process, or technology stack.

Each report covers one digital vendor.

The three vendors must be submitted at the same time using the same submission form. The bundle is not a credit system, subscription, or bank of future reports.

Bundle reports may be used across SaaS tools, apps, websites, platforms, AI tools, or other digital vendors with available documentation.

Unused or unsubmitted vendor slots are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

Consulting and Follow-Up Support

Veyodat may offer optional follow-up support, clarification, or consulting-style review services after report delivery.

These services are separate from the standard report unless expressly included in the purchased offer.

Any follow-up support remains decision support only and does not constitute legal, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, or professional advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Veyodat to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Submit information you are not authorized to provide
  • Upload malicious code, harmful files, or unlawful content
  • Interfere with the website or Services
  • Attempt unauthorized access to Veyodat systems
  • Misrepresent your identity, organization, or authority

Intellectual Property

All Veyodat website content, copy, designs, branding, frameworks, report formats, scoring structures, templates, graphics, report language, and related materials are owned by Veyodat or used with permission.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased reports for your own internal decision-making purposes.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, or commercially exploit Veyodat reports, templates, scoring models, or materials without prior written permission.

Use of Reports

You may use your purchased report for personal, internal business, vendor evaluation, or decision-support purposes.

You may share the report internally with team members, advisors, employees, contractors, or professionals helping you evaluate the vendor.

You may not publicly post, resell, repackage, or present the report as a formal certification, legal opinion, compliance audit, security audit, or vendor approval.

Third-Party Vendors and Links

Veyodat may review or link to third-party websites, policies, platforms, tools, vendors, or documentation.

Veyodat does not control third-party vendors and is not responsible for their content, policies, practices, security, accuracy, or availability.

A report about a vendor does not create any relationship, endorsement, approval, or partnership between Veyodat and that vendor.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • Use of the Services will prevent loss, harm, liability, or poor vendor decisions

In all cases, Veyodat’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

  • Your vendor adoption decisions
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

Termination or Refusal of Service

Veyodat may refuse, suspend, or terminate service if we believe that:

  • You violated these Terms
  • You submitted unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized information
  • You misused the Services or reports
  • You attempted chargebacks without legitimate cause
  • Providing the Service would create unreasonable legal, operational, ethical, or security risk

No refund will be provided where service is terminated due to violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Veyodat complies with laws applicable to you, your business, your industry, and your location.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, unless another jurisdiction is legally required.
