Privacy Policy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Veyodat (“Veyodat,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses personal information when you access our website, submit vendor review information, purchase a report, communicate with us, or use our services.
Veyodat provides manually-reviewed, evidence-backed Vendor Risk Reports designed to help individuals and businesses understand data-risk signals before trusting digital tools, including SaaS products, apps, websites, AI tools, platforms, and digital vendors.
Veyodat operates from Alberta, Canada, and provides an online service that may be accessed by users in Canada and internationally.
Depending on your location and the nature of the information involved, privacy rights and obligations may arise under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and other applicable privacy laws.
By using our website, submitting information, purchasing a report, or communicating with us, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information.
Identity and Contact Information
This may include your name, business name, email address, billing details, and other information you provide when purchasing a report, completing a form, or contacting us.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through Kajabi Payments and its supported payment processors. Veyodat does not directly store your full payment card details.
Payment-related information may include billing details, transaction history, payment status, purchase type, and related checkout information.
Vendor Review Submission Information
When you request a Vendor Risk Report, we may collect information you provide about the digital tool or vendor being reviewed, including:
- Vendor or tool name
- Vendor website URL
- Privacy Policy URL
- Terms & Conditions URL
- AI policy or data-use policy URL
- Security, trust, subprocessor, or data-processing links
- Notes about how you or your business intend to use the tool
- Types of data you may upload, connect, or share with the tool
- Questions, concerns, or context you provide with your submission
You should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information unless it is directly relevant to the report request.
Report Information
We may store information related to reports we prepare, including vendor research notes, risk findings, report outputs, review history, and related communications.
This information may be used to deliver the purchased service, maintain customer records, support future product development, and allow existing clients to compare vendor data or policy changes in future versions of Veyodat.
Website and Usage Data
Kajabi may collect basic website usage data, cookies, device data, analytics, and similar technical information as part of operating the website and platform.
Veyodat does not use this data for targeted advertising, personal profiling, or behavioural marketing.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide and deliver Vendor Risk Reports
- To process purchases and manage orders
- To communicate with you about your report, submission, payment, or support request
- To review vendor documentation and prepare report findings
- To deliver reports by email

Veyodat does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose your submitted data for marketing purposes.
Use of AI Tools
Veyodat may use AI-assisted tools to support vendor research, document review, analysis, and report preparation.
When AI-assisted tools are used, Veyodat limits the information submitted to vendor-related information, such as vendor names, website URLs, public-facing policies, Terms & Conditions, AI policy language, trust pages, security pages, and other vendor documentation relevant to the review.
Veyodat does not intentionally submit customer data, client data, employee data, internal business records, confidential files, payment information, or sensitive personal information to AI tools as part of the report preparation process.
Reports are manually reviewed and prepared before delivery. AI-assisted workflows are used to support the review process, not to replace human review.
Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information or confidential client/customer data through Veyodat forms. If business-use context is needed for the report, users should describe the type of data involved in general terms rather than submitting the underlying data itself.
Future versions of Veyodat may include different levels of automation. If our use of AI changes materially, this Privacy Policy may be updated.
